SAFETY REPORT

This form is not intended for reporting incidents/accidents occurring during ground and flight operations of aircraft – see Occurrence Reporting.

This form is used to report findings or other identified hazards that could result in potential risks to the  airworthiness of BRM AERO products. The BRM Design Organization collects and evaluates this information and predictively implements corrective actions to prevent risks from occurring. Reporting is related to the established Safety Management System according to the EC (EU) 748/2012.
