Every morning in Kunovice, an aircraft is born in our hangar. We are BRM AERO, a Czech manufacturer of Bristell sport aircraft — from design drawings and wings to final painting and test flights. Modern technology meets honest craftsmanship here. Every rivet, every bolt matters. When an aircraft takes off, you know a part of you is flying with it. Thanks to this approach, we were awarded the title “Innovative Company of the Zlín Region 2025.”

Your work takes flight
You’re not assembling parts on a production line — you’re building a complete aircraft. From more than 7,000 components, most of which are produced in-house. From the very first metal forming, through wing assembly, all the way to the test flight. Every day, you see your work take shape, gain its sound — and its wings. Quite literally.

Founders Milan and Martin Bříštěla are on the shop floor every day. At Bristell, you don’t deal with complex approval chains — you speak directly with the people who built the brand from the very first prototype. We believe a good company is built on people, not hierarchy, and that the best ideas are born somewhere between the drawing board and the hangar.
